Job Description

Role Purpose:

The Leads Coordinator & Administrator supports the Leasing team in efficiently managing client leads streamlining administrative tasks and driving client renewals. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth and clientcentred leasing process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Act as the primary contact for all client inquiries maintaining a professional and timely response to prospective clients through phone email and CRM systems.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on client needs ensuring they align with Inospace s offerings and priorities.
  • Data Entry and CRM Management: Maintain accurate and updated records for all client leads ensuring CRM data integrity.
  • Reporting: Create weekly and monthly reports on lead volume conversion rates and other metrics using insights to recommend improvements.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in preparing lease documentation coordinating viewings and ensuring client communication is clear and consistent.
  • Custodian of Lease Renewals: Track and manage the lease renewal process coordinating with clients to facilitate timely renewals and avoid disruptions.


Requirements


  • Must be South African Citizen or valid working permit
  • Proven experience in real estate or leasing administration (At least 3 years experience)
  • Exceptional communication skills with a clientcentered approach
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and client service
