Job Description

- Accounts receivable prepare and distribute client invoices update clients Statement of Accounts (SoAs) follow up with clients about outstanding payments
- Experience with international entities and DTAs highly advantageous
- Post client invoices in the accounting software
- Post bank statements and perform a bank reconciliation
- Verify correctness of vendor invoices via an established reconciliation process
- Post supplier invoices
- Reconcile and post Senior Management expenses
- Assist with monthend close and preparation of financial statements
- Assist with financial analysis of various projects or initiatives
- Contribute to improving the existing accounting processes
- Build crossfunctional relationships across the company
- Perform adhoc assignments as needed
Requirements
- University degree (Accounting Business Economics)
- 35 years of experience in accounting or finance
- International Finance experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Practical knowledge of any other analytical tools is an advantage
- Practical knowledge of working with an accounting software pref QUICKBOOKS ONLINE or XERO
- Practical and logical approach to resolving business problems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Professional proactive open to learning "can do attitude
