Elite Advertising is a specialized creative agency focused on creating marketing content professional photography and launching funded advertising campaigns across all social media platforms. The agency is located in Qesm 1st Nasser City.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong artistic vision exceptional leadership skills and a passion for pushing creative boundaries. This role will involve collaborating with designers copywriters and account managers to create visually stunning campaigns that align with our clients objectives and cultural nuances of the Saudi Arabian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative direction for advertising campaigns ensuring alignment with client goals and brand identity.
- Develop and present innovative design concepts for a variety of media including print digital social and outdoor.
- Collaborate closely with writers and designers to create cohesive and engaging visual storytelling.
- Oversee the execution of all visual elements of projects maintaining highquality standards and attention to detail.
- Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and cultural insights related to the Saudi Arabian market.
- Mentor and inspire junior designers fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Fine Arts Design or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role preferably in an advertising agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects with a focus on campaigns targeted at the Saudi Arabian market.
- Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively to clients and team members.
- Strong understanding of cultural sensitivities and market trends in Saudi Arabia.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
