Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team. The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing developing and implementing highquality solutions that align with business goals. This role requires strong technical expertise excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. This role requires a deep understanding of software design systems integration and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create highlevel architectural and detailed design specifications documents ensuring feasibility functionality and integration with existing systems/platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Assess and recommend the best technologies and tools to meet business objectives.
- Ensure smooth integration of new systems and technologies into existing IT frameworks.
- Work closely with business analysts and other stakeholders to gather and document functional and non functional requirements.
- Ensure that requirements are complete concise and aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Conduct sizing exercises to determine the hardware software and infrastructure requirements for the solution.
- Provide estimates for resource allocation timeframes and costs associated with implementing the solution.
- Validate and review the solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Perform risk analysis and identify potential issues that could impact the solutions success.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development and architecture.
- Recommend improvements to existing solutions and processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Ensure that the proposed solutions are scalable maintainable and aligned with the organizations technology standards.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in solution architecture software design and systems integration.
- Proven experience in developing functional requirements documents and design documents.
- Expertise in sizing and capacity planning for software solutions.
- Experience with API management and integration
Skills:
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and Tools (Azure DevOps)
- Proficiency in architectural frameworks and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical
- stakeholders.
Certifications:
- Relevant certifications (e.g. TOGAF AWS Certified Solutions Architect Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
