▪ Establish design principles for test automation frameworks
▪ Support the test engineering practice with their strategic goals by providing technical support
▪ Take charge of test infrastructure, including environments and software, and collaborate with teams like DevOps and Support on CI/CD
▪ Provide technical know-how, documentation, and trainings for the stakeholders
▪ Be part of continuous improvements, welcome change and complexity.
