The Role: Technical Solution Manager We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Solution Manager specializing in Broadcast and Over-The-Top (OTT) platforms, with a strong background in cloud computing, to join our Managed Services team. This role is central to our mission of delivering cutting-edge streaming and broadcast solutions that meet and exceed our customers complex and evolving needs. The ideal candidate will excel in leveraging cloud technologies to innovate, scale, and enhance the management of the broadcast and OTT platforms. A significant part of your role will involve working closely with our customer in a managed service framework to deeply understand their requirements, challenges, and goals. This understanding will enable you to design and implement tailored solutions that align perfectly with their business objectives. You will act as the bridge between our customers and our internal teams, coordinating efforts across engineering, product development, and support teams to ensure seamless project . Your expertise in project leadership will ensure that solutions are not only aligned with our customers visions but are also delivered efficiently, adhering to the highest standards of quality and performance. Your mission at Irdeto • Become the Subject Matter Expert of our Customer Platform Solution. • Experienced in Cloud & Virtual Platform Technologies • Lead collaboration with Internal Product, Operational, DevOps and Integration teams in relation to our Customer Requirements. • Customer Technical Advocacy. • Project & Delivery Leadership Skills. • Technical Team Coordination. • Problem Management & Resolution. • Performance Analytics & Reporting. • Exceptional Communication Skills is a must. How can you add value to the team? • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a strong focus on cloud computing, media streaming technologies, or digital broadcast. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technical project management, solution architecture, or engineering within the broadcast/OTT industry. • Deep understanding of cloud-based infrastructure, services, and architectures with hands-on experience in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. • Expertise in streaming protocols, codecs, and content delivery networks (CDNs), along with knowledge of media processing workflows. • Familiarity with broadcast industry standards, regulations, and security practices. • Exceptional project management skills, with proficiency in agile methodologies preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholder expectations across diverse groups. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to tackling challenges and driving innovation. • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Architect) are highly desirable What you can expect from us: Our people and culture are the heart of our business, and our values of Trust, Accountability, Agility and Innovation inform what we do, and how we work.
