Are you fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English (B2) Do you want to play an essential role in making social media a safer more enjoyable space Were looking for dedicated Content Moderators to join our team supporting a global social media giant by monitoring and moderating content ensuring it adheres to community guidelines and maintains a safe environment for users worldwide.
What Youll Do:
As a Content Moderator you will be part of a fastpaced team focused on quality and compliance. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Content Review: Carefully monitor evaluate and moderate usergenerated content including videos posts and images to ensure it aligns with the platforms community standards.
- Address Sensitive Content: Act professionally and empathetically while reviewing flagged content ensuring decisions are made with user safety and community standards in mind.
- Quality & Compliance: Consistently meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) keeping accuracy and quality at the forefront.
- Data Privacy & Protection: Safeguard user information and uphold strict data protection guidelines as defined by the client.
What Youll Bring to the Role:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2) is required for content review and team communication.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for spotting inconsistencies and ensuring compliance with content guidelines.
- TechSavvy Mindset: Skilled in navigating computer systems and adaptable to new tools and changes in a dynamic work environment.
- Professionalism: A resilient teamoriented attitude especially when handling challenging or sensitive content.
Preferred: An associate degree in a related field with 612 months of customer service or content moderation experience.
Whats in It for You
- Base Salary: 950 EUR per month paid 14 times a year.
- Language Bonus: 450 EUR per month for your German language skills.
- Meal Allowance: 1837 EUR annually (net).
- Relocation Package: Includes a flight and three weeks of accommodation to help with your move to Porto.
Schedule & Shifts:
- Rotative Shifts (24/7): Must be open to working a rotating schedule with two days off weekly.
- Morning Shift: 07:00 16:00
- Afternoon Shift: 14:00 23:00
- Night Shift: 22:30 07:30
Please note: This is an onsite role requiring fulltime presence at the Porto office.
