Job Description
This is an opportunity for an experienced Sr. Project Manager to work with an IT consulting organization that is responsible for creating delivering and maintaining enterprise technology solutions for our clients.
The Project Manager interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users executive stakeholders and vendors. If you are looking for a rewarding position that will make a significant contribution to your success and growth look no further.
Responsibilities:

Participate in the full software development lifecycle including taking projects from original concept through final implementation.

Creating project plans roadmaps risk registers status reports etc. to communicate and manage client priorities.

Work collaboratively with other team members and crossfunctional groups; including developers business analysts quality assurance testers operations project managers and client business partners

Ensure adherence to quality standards and project deliverables.

Oversee development enhancements operations and technical support activities for the program.

Supervise and track team activities to ensure cost schedule and performance requirements are met.

Coordinate with government Program Manager (PM) to discuss priorities requirements configuration control and risk management
Qualifications:
-
6 years of experience as a Project Manager with at least one full lifecycle as a Scrum Master or Agile PM (standups sprints backlogs etc.)

Managed projects with scope to include: cost greater than $2.5M annually; project duration of 12 months or greater; team size no less than 20 people of varying skills and IT disciplines; new development projects from requirements through implementation; multiple concurrent project management experience.

Bachelors degree

PMP and CSM certifications a plus

Expert with MS Project and other MS Office applications

Demonstrated use of formal PM methodology

Government industry experience is required
