This Cybersecurity COE Project Manager role in Washington DC supports a Randstad client by overseeing complex cybersecurity initiatives within the organization particularly the Cyber Technology SOGR project. The Project Manager will work across multiple departments liaise with various vendors and utilize a structured approach to manage schedules budgets risks and changes. Key qualifications include PMP and SAFe certifications and proficiency in Jira and Confluence along with strong project management problemsolving and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technical leads team members and consultants/contractors.
- Develop and maintain essential project documents including Project Charters Management Plans Requirements Design Test Plans and Implementation documents.
- Produce weekly status reports on program progress.
- Conduct project status and other necessary meetings.
- Manage project schedules in Masterworks and report on variances.
- Maintain SharePoint project sites for document storage and tracking.
- Ensure project schedules and baselines are qualityassured and wellmaintained.
- Report and manage risks with an ongoing risk mitigation plan.
- Track issues utilize change management processes and publish regular project reports.
- Deliver weekly status updates detailing activities accomplishments issues and resolutions.
- Complete all activities required for operational readiness reviews on time.
- Evaluate product and proposal criteria for project alignment.
- Work with SAFe teams to deliver capabilities and maintain PLM artifacts.
Deliverables:
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Present project updates at Quality Checkpoints and Departmental Reviews.
