Job Description

Are you a techsavvy professional with a passion for customer service and a knack for problemsolving We are seeking a Support Specialist for our client a payment processing company focusing on highrisk industries.

About Our Client:
Our client specializes in providing payment processing and whitelabel gateway and wallet solutions. Over the past 6 years they have maintained stability and growth with a dedicated team of professionals. They focus on solving problems rather than pointing out mistakes ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment. As a Support Specialist you will play a crucial role in ensuring their clients receive exceptional service and support.

Position: Fintech Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage support tickets performing manual checks on transaction statuses.
  • Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Manage Client notifications and ensure clients are informed about any updates or changes promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and problemsolving.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience:

    • 1 years in the fintech industry.
    • Experience in handling a high volume of support tickets and customer inquiries.
  • Skills:

    • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
    • Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Russian.
  • Personality:

    • Passionate about customer service and dedicated to providing exceptional support.
    • Responsible proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
