And now we are seeking for a highly motivated and experiencedRecruitment Specialist who are ready to be a part of a talented international team.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Independently manage and take care of various Human Resource processes recruitment sourcing headhunting staffing onboarding etc.
- Take ownership of various recruitment projects and participate in wide range of diverse and engaging HR initiatives
- Implement HR practices and develop processes involving recruitment
- Ensure the best candidate and employee experience
- Participate in strategic planning building a strong employer brand developing HR policies and procedures and maintaining compliance with procedures and policies in place
- Work with experienced colleagues in an enthusiastic team of professionals
WHAT WE ARE EXPECTING
- Good command of MS Tools (Excel Word and PowerPoint) and are willing to develop and improve your digital skills
- Fluent in Latvian English and Russian
- Selfmotivated and openminded person who is eager to learn and grow
- You possess critical thinking and are a problemsolver
- You always pay attention to details and are able to work within tight deadlines in a demanding environment
- You can find a common language with different types of people
- Proactivity ability to show initiative and suggest various solutions
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- University degree (can be last year / course student) in Human Resource Management Business Management Sociology Psychology or a related field
- Successful previous work experience as a Recruitment or HR Specialist is desirable
- Experience in Payment or Fintech industry and/or IT Recruitment will be considered as an advantage
