Responsibilities
Source potential candidates on niche platforms
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Sourcing: Proven ability to source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Interviewing: Expertise in conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ qualifications, fit, and potential.
Technical Skills
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Proficiency in using ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo) and other recruitment tools.
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to improve hiring processes.
Communication Skills
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Employer Branding: Experience in promoting the employer brand and creating a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Organizational Skills
Time Management: Strong ability to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely hiring processes.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing candidate information and documentation.
