Job Title: Google Ads Specialist
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Eastern with an hour unpaid break
Job Overview:
We seek a Google Ads Specialist responsible for developing implementing and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns. This role will focus on attracting prospective families promoting our unique educational offerings and optimizing ad performance to achieve enrollment goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Google Ads management including keyword research bid management A/B testing and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Creation & Management
- Develop launch and manage Google Ads campaigns to attract prospective families to Dream Preparatory Academy.
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant highimpact keywords aligned with our educational services.
- Write and test ad copy that resonates with parents and highlights Dream Preparatory Academy s programs.
Optimization & Performance Tracking
- Monitor campaign performance daily adjusting bids targeting and ad copy to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad variations to continually improve performance.
- Use retargeting strategies to reengage potential leads who have previously interacted with our website or content.
Budget & Analytics Management
- Manage monthly ad spend ensuring budget allocation aligns with campaign goals and maximizes ROI.
- Track analyze and report on campaign performance providing actionable insights to improve strategy.
- Utilize Google Analytics and Google Ads data to assess campaign effectiveness and make datadriven decisions.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on campaign goals and messaging.
- Provide insights and recommendations on new trends in paid search that may benefit the academy s growth and outreach efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist or in a similar role (2 years).
- Proficiency in Google Ads Google Analytics and keyword research tools.
- Strong understanding of PPC campaign management including bid strategy and targeting options.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience in the education or nonprofit sector is a plus.
