Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Type: 20 hrs/week
Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:002:00pm PST Seattle WA
Responsibilities
Research leads to speaking engagements with professional associations and podcasts
Conduct outreach and follow up to secure bookings
Apply for jobs on behalf of clients and connect them with recruiting agencies
Measure and report weekly performance metrics
Keep clients and business owners updated on progress
Requirements
Previous experience in booking event planning or a similar outreach role.
Familiarity with securing speaking engagements or podcast appearances is a plus.
Native English proficiency with strong experience in business writing
Able to take initiative and independently understand project needs without constant guidance
Strong research skills with the ability to tailor findings to specific requirements
Familiarity with American business writing styles and standards
