Job Description

The Dominion Theatre is looking for a Hires and Events Assistant to work within our small but dedicated Events Team to help book and facilitate our varied hire spaces. The role includes assisting in the daytoday administration of venue hires including room setup and client reception ensuring excellent customer service is provided to all guests.

The Events Team also lead on our exciting programme of oneoff concerts and events alongside largescale daytime theatre auditorium hires.

Excellent customer service and communication is a must as the Hires and Events Assistant will liaise with a variety of clients as well as the wider theatre team to guarantee that all events run smoothly. Applicants should also demonstrate strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail as the successful candidate must ensure that all stages of a booking are handled with care and accuracy.

The contract offered is an onsite permanent full time (40 hours per week) contract. The role involves a mixture of daytime evening and weekend work depending on the events schedule.

Salary: 30000 per year
