Job Description
Job Title: Frameworks specialist (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess existing frameworks to identify areas for improvement and modernization.
- Implement and configure frameworks that enhance development processes ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate frameworks into their workflows providing training and support as needed.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for frameworks including best practices and usage guidelines.
- Monitor and optimize framework performance identifying and resolvingbottlenecks.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to framework standards and coding best practices.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to software frameworks and development practices.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote framework usage and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to framework implementation and usage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g. Java Python JavaScript) and handson experience with various frameworks (e.g. Angular React Django).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to diagnose and address performance issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Proven experience working in collaborative team environments demonstrating effective teamwork and mentorship skills.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
