Job Description
Univacity is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our innovative team. As a Senior Product Designer at Univacity you will have the opportunity to shape the user experience and visual identity of our platform making a significant impact on how students discover educational opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the endtoend design process from conducting user research and ideation to creating wireframes prototypes and final UI designs.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers engineers and other designers to ensure cohesive and usercentered designs.
- Utilize user insights and feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that align with our brand and enhance the user journey.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers fostering a culture of design excellence and growth.
- Stay updated on design trends tools and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions to our platform.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design HCI or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Designer showcased in a strong portfolio of diverse digital design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe Creative Suite etc.
- Deep understanding of usercentered design principles and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within crossfunctional teams.
- Creative problemsolving mindset and ability to think strategically about design solutions.
- Familiarity with frontend development concepts (HTML CSS JavaScript) is advantageous.

Proven experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your creative process. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding. Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing and easy-to-understand designs. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
Education
Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
