Job Overview:
Our client is looking to hire a Sales and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for designing executing and managing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at attracting new customers and retaining existing ones. This role includes overseeing market research budgeting campaign planning and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth in the active customer base and meet set targets for key products and business codes.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and attract qualified leads.
- Lead successful marketing campaigns managing all stages from conception to completion.
- Utilize organic and paid channels including content creation PPC campaigns event planning social media lead generation and performance analysis.
- Create engaging content for our website and blog to attract and convert target audiences.
- Build strategic partnerships with industry leaders agencies and vendors.
- Manage the marketing budget reviewing and allocating funds on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Oversee and approve marketing materials from online banners to printed brochures and case studies.
- Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance adjusting strategies to meet goals.
- Analyze consumer behaviour to refine email and advertising campaigns.
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager with a background in the lending industry.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication negotiation and client management skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of lending industry trends.
- Experience with digital loans B2B sales and marketing.
- Skilled in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with datadriven decisionmaking skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques
Proven experience as a sales executive (Bio-systems). Worked as a sales executive at Solar company is an added advantage. Proficiency in English. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. Fast learning speed and a passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
