Pay:$17$20 per hour (Based on Experience)
Hours:Day Shift Monday Friday 6:30 AM 5:00 PM (10hour shifts)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder to join our team. The Structural Welder will be responsible for performing welding tasks to fabricate and assemble metal structures. This role requires proficiency in various welding techniques to join cut and shape metal components according to engineering specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding tasks using MIG and Fluxcore techniques.
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures as per engineering specifications.
- Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a welding shop.
- Proficiency in MIG and Fluxcore welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
