Sub Arc Welder
- Pay:$22/hr (based on experience)
- Hours:6AM 4:30PM
- Job Type:TemptoHire
- Location:Sapulpa Oklahoma
- Weld Test:1G Subarc radiographed
About the Position:
We are looking for an experienced Submerged Arc Welder to join our team. In this role youll operate specialized welding equipment to produce highquality welds with precision and efficiency. If you have 23 years of experience and a solid understanding of welding techniques this is a great opportunity to advance your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate submerged arc welding equipment to join metal components accurately according to specifications
- Complete welds that meet quality standards ensuring consistency and precision
- Pass a 1G Subarc test which will be radiographed to verify weld quality
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment
- Follow safety protocols and keep a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain high standards of quality
Qualifications:
- 23 years of experience in submerged arc welding
- Skilled in operating submerged arc welding equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints specifications and welding symbols
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and precision in every weld
- Knowledge of safety practices in a welding environment
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle welding tasks and equipment
