Roles and responsibilities

Whilst the platform is open to anyone to join and develop their skills and cognitive function, and thus their earning potential, based on activity, as up to 90% of training fees are available to trainers based on activity and expertise, the co-founder and association partner opportunity, is the highest step-in full career retraining entry point, at either a world leader or trainer position.

The roles are best suited for those wishing to exit the corporate world or those with entrepreneurial aspirations. Individuals, who perhaps find themselves at odds with convention, and seek a more individual and meaningful path, that encompasses social impact and personal expansion. The ability to commit to a human project, as a self-starter, and learn a new career path, with others travelling the same path, means the same qualities required to join a climbing team seeking to conquer Everest. Extensive Training and preparation are prerequisites, so there is a considerable investment of time and resources to join our established teams, who will be co-founders of joint initiatives and work in partnership with you. The foundational training is akin to investing in a Master but with the capacity to leverage your new career skills after an initial three months of foundational training, on a private or collective basis. There are no limits within this work platform, that only require that there are no limits you place on yourself, your activity or your thinking, to gain a considerable six to seven-figure income, but also see that income as a liberator of your potential to change society for the better, by helping liberating others.

We are currently looking for an individual to work within the founders team, developing their own business within the collective — training, mentoring and actively business developing. You will access extensive training materials as part of the selection process, to determine as to whether this is the path for you. In this way, we operate a rigorous self selection process, that requires you to constantly motivate yourself, create and seize opportunity. Our existing teams will assist you in your selection journey, but consciousness/awareness and your ability to leverage your unconscious mind, are not skills you can fake. We are looking for high levels of PQ — the potential quota of the brain to develop in Neuroplastic terms, as well as empathetic and spiritual quota. Your mentality must be founded in the “us mentality” of collective prosperity and growth, rather than a “what’s in it for me” focus within existing paradigms of self identification through limitation, and the need to work for somebody in what is akin to a slavery role. Consequently your thinking will be open to innovation and growth beyond the established norm.

Desired candidate profile

Who the role is not for…

If you are looking for a job only to pay your bills, this will not be your role. Equally, if you are looking to be told what to do, and require a boss to direct you, this will most definitely not be for you. If you are not in a position to fund your re-training and support yourself for a period of three to six months as you establish your business, this will not be the position for you. If you are not prepared to challenge and change your current levels of cognition, then this is not the position for you.
