Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the funds primary social media channels including Twitter LinkedIn Substack and Telegram. Responsible for writing and publishing daily content responding promptly via social media and engaging with key portfolio companies.
- External Article Publishing: Manage the funds main external article publishing channels including official channels (website Medium Mirror Substack) and thirdparty platforms. Review and proofread the latest research articles produced by the funds research team ensuring content and data accuracy and language precision and publish them on appropriate channels according to article type.
- Media Relations and Official Press Releases: Handle basic media inquiries and partnerships. Draft and distribute official press releases through news agencies and media relations channels as needed for major fund announcements.
- Coordination of International Industry Conferences and Brand Exposure Management: Assist the team in coordinating attendance arrangements for key international conferences gather and organize invitations for various activities during the conferences respond to collaboration requests manage event logistics and report on team attendance and related collaborations through social media.
- PostInvestment Services and Support: Support the team in responding to and serving the funds portfolio companies with their marketing and media relations needs.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above with familiarity or work experience in the Web3 field.
- Familiar with international social media with experience in media relations international communications or overseas social media management.
- Calm and detailoriented highly responsible with strong learning ability and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is required
