Job Description
MW Partners is currently seeking a Data Analyst to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Leverage clickstream data and transactional data to uncover insights based on customer journey
- Formulate hypothesis that could help unlock bottlenecks and drive better user experience on the platforms
- Collaborate with engineering product and UX teams to identify the analytics instrumentation needed and validate the accuracy of the telemetry on staging and production environments.
- Provide analytics requirements for conducting A/B Tests and help with the test design setup detailed analysis and recommendation
- Develop compelling stories that convey the relevant synthesized insights to various internal partner audiences
- Partner with various crossfunctional teams (Engagement & Retention Data Science Finance Engineering Product and Marketing) to drive growth in Document Clouds Family of Products
- Leverage statistical and data science models to analyze and better understand the endtoend customer journey from acquisition and conversion to engagement and retention
- Utilize dashboarding tools such as Power BI and Tableau for descriptive and diagnostic analyses
- Telecommuting up to 50% Permitted.
Requirements:
- 6 9 years of experience.
- 5 to 6 Years of industry experience in data/business analysis with handson SQL expertise
- At least 23 years experience in conducting A/B testing. Any experience with experimentation on mobile platforms will be a bonus.
- Familiarity with clickstream data and big data platforms such as Hadoop
- BA/BS in Actuarial Science Statistics Mathematics Economics Computer Science or other quantitative fields. Master is preferred.
- Experience with programming language such as Python R and data visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI
- Statistical Modelling in Microsoft Excel or Power Pivot
- Understanding of statistical modeling machine learning or data mining concepts and a record of solving problems with these methods.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) relationship skills and a strong team player
