- Lead and manage IT airport projects ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
