You’re responsible for maintaining essential records, such as stock room temperature readings, and leading the implementation of emergency action plans. Collaborating closely with the Boutique Manager, you address any corrective and preventative actions necessary for continuous improvement. This commitment to operational excellence creates an environment where both employees and customers feel valued and secure.
Driving sales and profitability is a key focus. You support the Boutique Manager in evaluating store performance on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, helping the team achieve targets and KPIs. By strategically allocating roles among your team, you ensure that everyone is engaged in driving sales and enhancing customer experiences throughout the day. Your enthusiasm as an ambassador for Nespresso shines through as you champion the brand and foster a culture of outstanding customer service.
Visual merchandising is another area where you excel. You ensure that all merchandising and product presentation adheres to Nespresso’s standards, showcasing the brand in a way that captivates customers. Your attention to detail and passion for aesthetics contribute significantly to the boutique’s ambiance, making it a memorable shopping destination.
