Driving sales and profitability is a key focus. You support the Boutique Manager in evaluating store performance on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, helping the team achieve targets and KPIs. Visual merchandising is another area where you excel. To succeed in this role, previous experience is essential. A minimum of three years in retail, combined with at least one year in a supervisory capacity, equips you with the skills needed for effective people management and development.
