Role Overview: As a Strategic Marketing and Communication Advisor you will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to enhance our employer brand. You will manage recruitment campaigns handle HR communications and support internal communications. This role is crucial for positioning our organization as a top employer and offers significant opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise within the Talent Acquisition Team working closely with another Marketing and Communication advisor.
- Develop and implement communication tools to engage attract and retain candidates.
- Translate employee needs and experiences into effective policies and communications.
- Encourage colleagues to contribute content and share their stories.
- Support various internal communication and HR topics focusing on employer branding.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate all organizational levels.
- Collaborative and resultsdriven.
- Minimum of a Bachelor s degree in communication or marketing.
- At least five years of experience in a diverse stakeholder environment with complex issues.
- Knowledge of the sector and energy transition is an asset.
