Job Description
SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive marketer to support the implementation and execution of our marketing strategy to achieve our strategic business goals. This role will be based in our Ridderkerk offices and will involve close collaboration with colleagues in the European marketing team located in Germany and UK.
This role requires the successful candidate to speak and write fluent professional Dutch.
OVERVIEW OF ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop and implement effective marketing projects aligned with the overall
Actively manage social media activity particularly on LinkedIn and YouTube following a communications plan and create original engaging and relevant posts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize and promote the website.
Assist in translating copy for all relevant tasks.
Manage and deliver monthly reports.
Produce creative visual assets for the sales and commercial team.
Stay informed about current marketing concepts strategies and best practices.
Coordinate with thirdparty agencies.
Support the Head of Marketing in assisting internal and external business development teams to increase revenue.
Undertake ad hoc marketing activities to support the wider team as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
- Broad Experience in Various Marketing Channels: Demonstrated proficiency across diverse marketing channels including campaign management blog writing advertising events email and social media.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft suite Mailchimp social media monitoring tools Google Analytics and Canva.
- Strategic Thinking and Competitor Analysis: Proven capability to conduct research review competitor activities and identify new business opportunities with a positive and determined approach.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- SelfMotivation and Independence: Ability to work autonomously with selfmotivation.
- Organisational and Time Management Abilities: Strong organisational and time management skills.
Desirable
- Design Aptitude and Creativity: A keen eye for design coupled with a creative mindset.
- Technical Product Knowledge: Understanding of technical products or willingness to undergo training and selfimprovement in this area.
