Job Description
As a Junior Consultant you will be working with Management Team of Marketing & Commercial Operations (MCO) in the EMobility Unit. You will be advising and consulting on diverse strategic projects and processes. One of the main tasks will also be to establish and craft a structure for the Management Team. Furthermore you will consult and advise the units MT on business cases and opportunities in the market.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Structure the MTs way of workingby:
- Defining a structure for the meeting and advisingon the topic to discuss
- Attend the MT meetings and write the minutes
- Createand prepare presentations for the MT for example for theall employee meeting at which we inform our Unit on divers topics
- Facilitate various forums including documentation of meetings and
- Create proposals and advise on business cases and opportunities
- Working on projects and processes withinthe EMobility unit
- Continuously work with the Team and Management Team to revise design and update the target operating model.

Qualifications :
- Master degree preferably in Business Administration or Engineering
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong with Microsoft Office
- Ambitious and eager to learn about the EV industry and organization
We are looking for a Junior Consultant who wants to make an impact in the EV market. Naturally you are interested in sustainability and eager to learn. With your strong communication skills you advise our MT on diverse topics and are able to convince us of your approach. Also you are willing to dive deep within the content of EV to truly grasp the challenges in our market and to translate that into great proposals. Considering you are creating the structure and backbone of our Management Teams way of working.
