Job Description
As a Senior Test Engineer you will:
- Operate efficiently within a DevOps team to enhance collaboration and delivery outcomes.
- Perform thorough product risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts using Azure tools.
- Ensure highquality product delivery through meticulous test execution and documentation.
- Review specifications to create products aligned with business requirements.
- Write and implement automated and manual tests for continuous integration pipelines.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a tester with a proven track record in DevOps environments.
- Proficiency in Linux including the ability to create simple bash scripts.
- Expertise in manipulating plain text files using regex or similar tools.
- Deep understanding of XML and the ability to read XSD files.
- Knowledge of namespaces and their applications in XML.
- Familiarity with Azure tools for test execution and management.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to evaluate risks and design effective test cases.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
You should possess the ability to:
- Interpret and apply complex specifications to develop testing strategies and products.
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans and cases based on product requirements.
- Utilize scripting and automation tools to enhance testing efficiency.
- Adapt to a DevOps culture emphasizing iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Ensure robust documentation of testing activities and outcomes.
- Identify diagnose and resolve issues within testing processes or product functionalities.
