We seek a driven individual who can champion SMArtXs SMArtY Program to the Wealth Advisor/RIA community Asset Management sector and TAMP marketplace. This role is pivotal in developing new business addressing client challenges and scaling client success. Ideal candidates are techsavvy knowledgeable about Managed Accounts TAMPs and UMAs and passionate about our products value and problemsolving capabilities.

Position Requirements
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and proactively act on opportunities for customers and prospects.
- SolutionDriven Sales: Understand and match prospect needs with SMArtYs value proposition.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in written verbal and presentation formats.
- Multitasking Excellence: Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize efficiently to achieve territorial or accountbased goals.
- Initiative & Innovation: Displays urgency in reaching goals and delivering key results. Able to independently propose new ideas and demonstrate proven execution strategies.
- Team Contribution: Highly motivated with a strong teamoriented approach.
- Qualifications: A bachelors degree is strongly preferred.
- Series 65/66 certification is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of Unified Managed Accounts (UMAs) Managed Portfolio Solutions Asset Management Solutions and TAMP Utilization.
Core Responsibilities
- Sales Process & CRM Management: Track all sales activities and lead qualifications accurately in CRM (e.g. Pipedrive Salesforce HubSpot).
- New Business Development: Work collaboratively with the sales team to drive new client acquisition.
- Product Expertise: Become proficient in the SMArtX platform and SMArtY Program; conduct live platform demos.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Follow up on marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities. Manage CRM leads through prospecting qualification and closing stages.
- Market Research: Conduct research on key individuals and strategic accounts presenting solutions tailored to their business requirements.
- Collaborative Sales Approach: Work closely with Sales Marketing and Manager Solutions teams to design effective sales strategies.
- Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
