Looking to start a new role in 2025 We are hiring an Investor Relations specialist for a global institutional investor.
Based in Singapore you will support a team of Directors who are focused on capital raising and funds management. Market coverage includes Korea and Japan so if you have an additional language skill that could support this team then wed love to hear from you.
This is a key hire and the first position of its kind to sit within the Singapore business supporting all APAC and Middle East activity this reports into the global team. This is a new position which has arisen owing to a global restructure of its business services team; designed to add more structure and refinement to its process and ultimately give greater support to both clients and the team.

Day to day the role will include;
- Developing and executing engagement plans for investors and consultants
- Responding promptly to queries from investors consultants and external stakeholders
- Investor due diligence and maintaining fundraising Q&A information
- Preparing briefing notes and coordinating presentation materials for meetings including active followups
- Ensuring the sales pipeline investor activity tracking and data is actively managed
- Conduct research on Asian and Middle Eastern markets to support fundraising and strengthen investor relationships
- Collaborating with global teams to centralise investor intelligence
- Maintaining exquisite process CRM supporting investor activities and always focused on efficiency improvements to the investor experience
- Keeping updated on industry news and learning new products and strategies
Requirements
About you
- Excellent organisational and time management skills capable of handling competing deadlines confidently in a highpressure timesensitive environment
- Proven experience in project management or supporting investor activity
- Familiarity with capital raising processes in funds management
- Solid understanding of fund management practices and terminology
- Ability to navigate and manage work across multiple time zones
- Strong process skills and attention to detail
- Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems and reporting tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when needed
- Japanese Korean or Mandarin language skills would be advantageous but not essential
