This is a remote position.
Role Name: Content Creator with Graphic Design Skills (preferred)
- Parttime Monday to Friday 11am to 5pm NZT (6 AM to 12 PM PHT) with a 30 minute unpaid break

As we implement stateoftheart marketing technology we re seeking a creative professional to help revolutionize our digital presence and property marketing strategies.
As our Content Creator with Graphic Design Skills (preferred) you ll play a pivotal role in reshaping our brand identity and elevating our marketing efforts. You ll craft compelling property listings design eyecatching email campaigns and apply our fresh branding across various platforms. This position offers a unique blend of creative writing and visual design allowing you to showcase your talents in both areas. You ll work with cuttingedge marketing tools including Canva and potentially HubSpot to create impactful content that resonates with our diverse clientele in both residential and commercial real estate sectors.
- Develop engaging content for property listings showcasing both residential and commercial properties
- Design and update Electronic Direct Mails (EDMs) using Canva and our CRM tools
- Apply new branding elements to existing marketing materials and documentation
- Craft compelling copy for property announcements special promotions and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with our inhouse team and external agencies to maintain brand consistency
- Assist in the transition of marketing materials to our new CRM system
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance our overall marketing strategy
- Proven content creation skills with a keen eye for design
- Proficiency in Canva; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is required
- Experience in creating marketing emails and EDMs
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work 2030 hours per week with potential for longterm engagement
- Adaptability to learn new tools and processes particularly CRM systems
- Familiarity with the real estate industry is beneficial but not required
- Selfmotivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Portfolio demonstrating both writing and design capabilities
