Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team including scheduling email management and document preparation.
  • Assist in research and data collection for various projects.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings and manage communication between team members.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure all documentation is uptodate.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Support the team in executing daily operational tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using various digital tools and platforms for remote work.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

In the first 30 days expectations:

  • Acquaint yourself with the companys culture and processes.
  • Build rapport with team members and understand individual roles.
  • Familiarize yourself with the digital tools and platforms used by the team.
  • Begin managing daily administrative tasks with guidance.

In the next 60 days expectations:

  • Take on additional responsibilities in project coordination.
  • Strengthen relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions.
  • Enhance customer service response efficiency.

In the following 90 days expectations:

  • Fully manage your role independently with minimal supervision.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of team strategies and objectives.
  • Present a report on your contributions and future goals to the team.

This position requires candidates to complete an English Assessment test as part of the application process.
