Job Description:
Job Summary:
- We are looking for a skilled Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS Java microservices PostgreSQL Kubernetes and analytics tools like Snowflake.
- You will lead development efforts mentor junior developers and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and deploy scalable applications using Java and PostgreSQL on AWS.
- Lead architecture discussions and drive best practices for cloudbased solutions.
- Implement and manage Kubernetes (K8) for container orchestration and deployment.
- Utilize analytics tools like Snowflake to drive datadriven decisionmaking.
- Collaborate with product managers designers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
- Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and reliability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Years of experience in software development with a focus on leading teams.
- Strong proficiency in AWS services and cloud architecture.
- Extensive experience with Java and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8) for managing containerized applications.
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Snowflake.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
