Overview:
TekWissen is a global workforce management provider headquartered in Ann Arbor Michigan that offers strategic talent solutions to our clients worldwide. Our client is a health insurance company. It offers different types of health care coverage plans that include individual and family dental and vision plans for employers etc.

Engagement Description:
SUMMARY
- Responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of programs and strategies to improve operational performance.
- Ensure the achievement of longterm sustainable performance outcomes within CORE Operations through performance analysis performance coaching and continuous performance improvement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Analyse key performance data and trends to enhance and develop new and existing initiatives which will enhance or expedite operational performance
- Utilize raw data and observations to identify performance gaps analyse causes and implement innovative solutions.
- Provide support to diverse levels of internal and external personnel to develop and maintain effective rapport and to resolve issues and inquiries.
- Participate on special workgroups or projects as assigned.
- Create and present findings to display operational data and propose business changes.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree in related field required.
- Two (2) years of union leadership experience with proven ability to lead through influence and translate raw data into userfriendly formats.
- Advanced experience in operational analysis data analysis and problem resolution type activities.
- Demonstrated success with facilitation training development and change implementation

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to learn and retain information at a fast pace preferred.
- Strong organizational planning analytical and communication skills.

- Ability to plan direct and contribute to process improvement projects.
- Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
