DS Technologies Inc is looking for AWS API Technical Lead role for one of our premier clients.
Job Title: AWS API Technical Lead
Overview:
As an API/Solutions Architect the AWS with API Technical Lead will design develop and maintain advanced API solutions on AWS. This position emphasizes architectural integrity scalability security and integration within AWS components. The role includes collaboration with cloud engineering and software development teams ensuring API alignment with established standards.
Position: Contract (Longterm)
Responsibilities:
- API Design & Development: Create and implement API solutions across AWS components adhering to best practices and consistency standards.
- Architectural Guidance: Provide technical leadership review AWS architecture and guide API design and implementation strategies.
- Technical Frameworks & Tools: Utilize Okta for authentication and employ AWS WellArchitected Framework principles.
- Performance & Scalability: Optimize APIs to manage high data volumes and traffic focusing on performance and security.
- Security & Compliance: Apply security protocols including authentication authorization and encryption with AWS SSO support.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance API development processes tools and methodologies keeping uptodate with emerging trends.
Requirement Qualifications:
- Experience: 1219 years in IT including 5 years of AWS Cloud experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AWS API Gateway AWS Lambda (Python) Okta and knowledge of AWS WellArchitected Framework.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication teamwork and leadership capabilities.
Additional Information:
The role requires a candidate who can balance technical leadership with handson API development. Key focus areas include security scalability and robust API solutions on AWS.
Candidate Details:
Must have a Bachelors in Engineering (BE/BTech) and 13 years of IT experience with significant exposure to AWS and API design.
