Odoo ERP Head

We are currently seeking an experienced Odoo ERP Head to lead the implementation and optimization of our Odoo ERP system ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our business goals.

Job Title: Odoo ERP Head

Scope:The Odoo ERP Head will be responsible for overseeing the entire Odoo ERP lifecycle from planning and implementation to ongoing optimization and support. This role requires strong technical expertise in Odoo the ability to lead crossfunctional teams and a proactive approach to improve system functionalities that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Strategy and Planning

• Lead the development and execution of the Odoo ERP implementation strategy to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership to align the ERP strategy with the companys short and longterm objectives.

System Implementation and Management

• Oversee endtoend Odoo ERP implementation from requirement gathering customization and testing to rollout.
• Manage and optimize existing Odoo ERP modules (e.g. CRM Sales Inventory Finance) and lead the development of new modules as required.

CrossFunctional Team Leadership

• Direct and support a team of ERP developers consultants and analysts to achieve project milestones and ensure system effectiveness.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure clear communication of requirements and solution capabilities.

Process Optimization and Troubleshooting

• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and automate business processes within the ERP system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or system performance bottlenecks ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Training and Documentation

• Develop training materials and lead enduser training sessions to ensure teams are proficient in ERP usage.
• Document system processes modifications and updates for future reference and compliance.

Stakeholder Communication and Reporting

• Regularly update stakeholders on ERP performance enhancement projects and KPIs related to system usage and efficiency.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive datainformed decisions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field. (Masters degree preferred.)
• Experience: 710 years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation and management ideally within an investment or finance industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong expertise in Odoo ERP with experience in managing modules like CRM Inventory Sales and Finance.
• Proficiency in Python programming and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of business process mapping and ERP integration best practices.
• Project Management: Proven experience leading ERP projects from conception to completion with a strong focus on timelines budgets and risk management.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problemsolving abilities strong analytical skills and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications: Odoo Certification or other ERPrelated certifications are an advantage.
