Job Description
Job Title: XRay Technologist
Location: New York NY
Salary: As per Exp.
Employment Type: Full Time
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced XRay Technologist to join our team. In this role you will play a critical part in maintaining the highquality diagnostic services we provide.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited radiology school
- New York State Radiologic Technologist License
- New Graduates: Temporary license required; exam date must be provided before starting employment.
- New York State Radiologic Technologist license must be obtained within six months of hire.
- Preferred: Previous experience as an XRay Technologist in a hospital environment
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologist) preferred
- Operate xray equipment to create radiographs and computer images of the body under the supervision of a radiologist and department supervisor.
- Assist in diagnosing rare and complex cases using advanced XRay technology.
- Support a worldclass clinical team by ensuring the highest level of diagnostic quality.
- Maintain and operate xray equipment in accordance with safety and procedural standards.
- Fulltime position MondayFriday 4:00pm12:00am (Option to work 4 days)
- Evening shift includes a 10% night differential
- Competitive salary of $46.65$57.90/hour with consideration for experience education and licensure.
