Job Description
Pay Rate: $ 26.00 / hour
We have partnered with a large Hospitals and Health Care in Reno NV to provide them with a Surgical Technologist. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Surgical Technologist:
#1. Must have at least one year of experience as a surgical technologist.
#2. Must have Knowledge of Sterile technique and procedure Surgical instrumentation including sterile processing Anatomy and physiology.
#3. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 yrs.
Requirements of the Surgical Technologist:
Basic Requirements:
- Education/Certifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Completion of a recognized Surgical Technology certification or associate degree program or the ROC Surgical Technologist Training Program or at least one year of relevant experience in the role of a surgical technologist.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in maintaining sterile environments and adhering to sterile procedures.
- Familiarity with surgical tools instruments and sterile processing techniques.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
Preferred Experience:
- At least one year of handson experience in orthopedic surgical procedures is a plus.
