Job Title: SAP Incentive Management Lead (Compensation & Performance)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Incentive Management Lead to manage and lead the endtoend implementation of the compensation and performance management processes on the SAP platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SAP Incentive Management coupled with proven leadership experience in delivering largescale SAP implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and implementation of SAP Incentive Management solutions with a focus on compensation and performance management.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather business requirements define project scope and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee configuration integration and customization of the SAP platform to meet compensation and performance management needs.
- Ensure successful delivery of endtoend project lifecycle including planning execution and postimplementation support.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams ensuring best practices in SAP Incentive Management.
- Manage project timelines resources and budgets effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Lead user training change management and support activities for SAP Incentive Management users.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in SAP technologies ensuring the organization remains competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- 9 years of experience with SAP Incentive Management specifically in compensation and performance management.
- Proven experience in leading SAP implementation projects preferably in compensation and performance areas.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules such as SAP HCM SAP Success Factors and SAP Incentive Management.
- Excellent leadership communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (preferred).
