- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they meet and exceed sales goals.
- Foster a culture of high performance and accountability within the sales team.
5. Marketing Initiatives:

- Coordinate marketing efforts for special events, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance visibility and attract guests.

Desired candidate profile
1. Education:
- Degree: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
2. Professional Experience:
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Director of Sales and Marketing, Regional Director).
- Diverse Background: Experience in various market segments, including luxury and boutique hotels, resorts, or wellness-focused brands.
