Job Purpose:
Provide support in managing the overall performance management cycle. Facilitate the setting and cascading of objectives across the company ensuring alignment to departmental and organizational objectives and facilitate midyear and annual reviews with the guidance of the Performance Management Manager.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Continuously review and provide inputs to enhance performance management framework to meet business needs
- Provide Performance Management Cycle briefings or workshops to increase knowledge and awareness of performance management in the business
- Ensure that management is equipped with necessary training to enable them to effectively manage performance
- Support companywide performance objective setting midyear review and end of year review to meet the performance management cycle timelines
- Analyze objectives to ensure they are smart ensure the cascading of objective settings by managers and ensure alignment with relevant departmental objectives
- Contribute to the identification of Learning needs in coordination with TD Learning team line managers and in respective department based on the performance management plan.
- Provide support in implementing Performance Improvement Plan for nonperforming employees and monitor its result for it to be integrated into the employees PM records
- Coordinate with Talent Development team to ensure that all internal processes in Learning and Development section are integrated in Performance Management processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management strategy
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in HR/Business Administration and Professional HR or any related domain
- 5 years in HR with at least 4 years of experience in performance management related role
- Strong background in performance management
- Indepth knowledge of objective setting and alignment to company objectives
- Strong coordination and organization skills
- Wide experience in identification of KPI’s Required
