Job Title: Java & SnowFlake Lead
Location: Frisco TX Atlanta GA Remote

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS Java microservices PostgreSQL Kubernetes and analytics tools like Snowflake. You will lead development efforts mentor junior developers and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and deploy scalable applications using Java and PostgreSQL on AWS.
Lead architecture discussions and drive best practices for cloudbased solutions.
Implement and manage Kubernetes (K8) for container orchestration and deployment.
Utilize analytics tools like Snowflake to drive datadriven decisionmaking.
Collaborate with product managers designers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and reliability.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
years of experience in software development with a focus on leading teams.
Strong proficiency in AWS services and cloud architecture.
Extensive experience with Java and PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8) for managing containerized applications.
Experience with analytics platforms such as Snowflake.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
