As a Change Specialist on the Enterprise Data Governance (EDG) Team get ready to make a huge impact as you support adopting data governance policies procedures and tools throughout Your role is all about working closely with different teams to seamlessly integrate data governance practices manage stakeholder expectations and measure the impact of changes on the organizations data management capabilities.
It will take a special mix of technical knowhow people skills and strategic thinking to make a difference in driving the adoption of Enterprise Data Governance practices across. Youll need to rock Change Leadership and strategy to develop stellar change management strategies master Stakeholder Management to engage and influence key players champion Training and communication to coordinate programs and plans and excel in Change Analytics to measure and analyze the impact of your initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies specific to EDG initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enable increased business value through the delivery of data governance use cases
- Supporting the use of stakeholder management/engagement best practices to ensure buyin across all levels of the organization
- Design and implement multichannel communication strategies to disseminate information about EDG changes and their impacts effectively
- Apply adult learning principles to develop effective training resources and educational materials across various communication channels including presentations emails and training videos
- Conduct comprehensive change impact assessments to identify potential challenges and opportunities
- Continuously assess and refine change management approaches based on feedback and organizational needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enable increased business value through the delivery of data governance use cases stent governance best practices
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Organizational Psychology Communication or related field
- Minimum of 510 years of experience in change management preferably in a datarelated field
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with change management methodologies (e.g. ADKAR Kotters 8Step Model)
- Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced global environment
- Certification in change management (e.g. PROSCI CCMP) is a plus
- Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across organizational levels and build effective working relationships
