Contract: 6 months
- Improve customer onboarding experience with the implementation of Fenergo KYC product FenX
- Configure FenX in line with the client requirements and validated the functional configuration changes as expected
- Support UAT testing to address respond to functional queries and made appropriate configuration updates related to these queries.
- Identify and automate customer lifecycle processes to reduce manual intervention. Increase customer satisfaction by reducing cycle times:
- Automate the entire order process with customer loopback along the cycle.
- Improve response times to customer complaints and return processes
- Automate order process helped streamline sales reports and KPI forecasts
