REQUIRED SKILLS
Must have a strong background working technically with a Learning Management System (could have a background in Instructional Design)
Must have clinical/lab/healthcare/biotech experience.
Proficiency in Elearning authoring and development tools (Eg: Articulate 360 Adobe Captivate TechSmith Camtasia Microsofts Office Suite and Adobes Creative Suite)
Understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design principles
Experience using ADDIE SAM or Agile methodology.
