Job Description
Financial Supervisor Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daytoday financial operations of the company including accounts payable
accounts receivable budgeting and cash flow management.
2. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with IFRS
3. Develop and implement financial policies procedures and internal controls to safeguard
company assets and maintain compliance.
4. Analyze financial data and prepare financial statements reports and forecasts for senior
management.
5. Monitor and analyze variances between actual financial results and budgeted/forecasted
amounts providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
6. Manage the monthend and yearend closing processes ensuring all financial activities are
completed accurately and on time.
7. Coordinate and assist with external audits tax filings and other compliance requirements.
8. Lead and develop a team of finance professionals providing guidance training and
performance feedback.
9. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support business initiatives evaluate the financial
feasibility of projects and provide financial insights to support decisionmaking.
10. Stay updated on industry trends regulatory changes and best practices in financial
management and propose and implement improvements to enhance financial processes and
controls.
Financial Supervisor Required Skills:
1. Strong knowledge of financial principles accounting standards and financial analysis
techniques.
2. Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial
data and draw accurate conclusions.
3. Proficiency in financial software and tools such as ERP systems Excel and financial modelling
software.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
5. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial
information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage
multiple tasks and deadlines.
7. Proactive and resultsoriented mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement and
implement changes effectively.
8. Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and familiarity with relevant financial laws
and regulations.
9. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fastpaced
environment.
10. Strong ethical standards and a high level of integrity in handling confidential financial
information.
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting or a related field. A professional certification CMA is
preferred.
2. Proven experience in financial management accounting or a related role with at least 10 years
in a supervisory capacity. Age between 32 and 38
3. Indepth knowledge of financial reporting practices financial analysis techniques and
accounting principles.
4. Experience with budgeting forecasting and financial modelling.
5. Proficiency in using financial software systems and tools.
6. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and financial laws and regulations.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
9. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
10. Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
