Job Description
Academic qualifications and training:
University degree in information technology, computer science or related field.
Obtaining recognized certificates in designing and managing enterprise systems such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
Technical knowledge:
A deep understanding of the various enterprise and IT systems used in the company.
Extensive knowledge of software and tools needed to manage and maintain enterprise systems.
Practical experience:
Previous experience managing, maintaining and improving enterprise systems to meet the company's needs.
Skills in analyzing faults and performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
