Job Description
Are you experienced in payment process analysis and ready to make an impact An exciting opportunity awaits with our client an industryleading iGaming service provider as they seek a PSP Analyst to join their team in Limassol.
If you have strong Excel and analytical skills previous experience in a similar role and are a fluent English speaker we want to hear from you.
What you bring:
- Fluent English speaker
- Experience in a similar position
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Gaming background will be considered as an advantage
- European citizenship
Your Responsibilities:
- Analyzing daily approval rates across all payment methods and monitoring account balances
- Utilizing payment systems to optimize deposit conversion rates
- Reviewing identified issues and reporting them to relevant technical teams
- Assisting teams with relevant information on decline reasons and alternative methods
- Researching negotiating contracts and onboarding new payment providers
- Coordinating new implementations to meet compliance and regulatory requirements
- Conducting settlement calculations
